However, since the markings attached to the road surface are not easy to burn, the construction speed is very slow, and not all markings can be removed well. Generally, the removal effect is good for thick hot-melt markings. In addition, the burning of markings will produce a lot of harmful gases, which is adverse to construction personnel and the environment. Marking removal Soda jet cleaning method Soda jet cleaning method is to remove the marking through a soda jet cleaner. The soda jet cleaner uses a high-pressure pump to make a certain solvent (such as water-soluble sodium bicarbonate) that can dissolve the marking paint fracture to release energy to remove the marking paint or other pollutants. At the same time, the solvent dissolved in the marking paint will be cleaned. Soda spray is a very inexpensive and effective method of removal that does not cause any damage to the work surface area. However, as the dissolution of marking paint requires a certain reaction time, the removal efficiency of soda spray is relatively low, which is not suitable for long distance marking removal, and it does not work for all markings. Generally, the removal effect of hot-melt marking paint is good. In addition, the soda jet cleaning method requires professional equipment and multiple operators, and is usually completed by specialized institutions abroad.
